The US raid on the sites of the Syrian army in Deir Al-Zour represents an example of the equation which many people repeat, but they misbalance when they witness it. It is the equation of the negotiation in a state of extreme nervous worry, this is the negotiation of the extreme nervous worry, but not the end of the negotiation as many suppose. The end of the negotiation means one of two things either the inability to have papers of force in the war which its consequences are formulated in politics, and they are either exhausted, rotted and corroded, or the inability of bearing the tensioned conditions and accepting to coexist with the fait accompli which will not be better than the corrosion and the rot, because it is the realistic sharing of the battlefields in their geography and people, including strategic, military, and economic values, because the achievement of the negotiation and its  carrying out means two things. First, the recognition of the force which entered the war and which has the initiative and a project, which it hoped to achieved after it has provided it all the reasons of success, that it failed and was unable to impose its project and to break the opposite will, furthermore now it becomes ready to accept the solution which devotes its failure but it saves its face, this is the case of America in the Syrian war. Second, the party which was threatened from the beginning of the war and has succeeded in its steadfastness and stability and has moved to attack is aware of the size of the surrounding complexities of the war, and the difficulty and maybe the impossibility of achieving its national project for the unity of its geography and recapturing them from those who share them in other than political and diplomatic ways which accompany the military war. This party is aware as well of the meaning of the culmination of its victory by returning to the platforms of the diplomatic relations, regaining the admission of the rule and the government, the return of the embassies, and the abolition of the sanctions, this is the case of the Syrian country.

The negotiation in a state of extreme nervous worry means that the time is imminent for the formulation of the major understandings and the immature issues which their maturing is achieved by the tests of blood and fire, and through drawing the borders of the force which is achieved by force. The negotiators formulate the outcome of the rounds of death which they wage while they smile, as the case of the referee of a boxing match that witnesses the hit on nose and the bow of the shoulder blade, hearing the sounds of cracking jaws while it breaks while the referee is busy in scoring the points, knowing that the withdraw from the match is an inevitable loss but it is the easiest choices, it is similar to some calls today to stop the understandings and to withdraw from them, despite that the indication to that is not wrong from the fact of considering the hits of the opponent are contrary to the rules of the game. This is the meaning of the words of the Russians to the Americans that they serve ISIS through their raid, it is not a delay discovering since the Russians have repeatedly told that to undermine the credibility of the US position, but today in the negotiation on a hot tin roof has other meanings, because it aims to put the rules of game on extreme nervous worry, it threatens of playing similar games which it becomes permissible for Syria to show them if the Americans consider their raid legitimate, such as throwing missiles behind the line of Golan occupation as the missile showed which was confronted by the iron dome which the Americans have installed by Patriot missiles to protect the cobweb. Today we are in the negotiation and in a state of extreme nervous worry,  because we are in the last quarter-time and because we are at the gates of a war that the American knows that he did not implement his raid to ignite it, since he did not do that when he brought his fleets to the Mediterranean and then accepted to leave, when the Russians had not placed in Syria, and when Saudi Arabia was not busy in its deadly war in Yemen, and before Turkey lost its vitality after the break of the  Ottoman spares, the coup and Phobia of Gulen. But the raid itself was not a mistake in the information as he claims and it was not a pure coincidence. It is the negotiation in a hot tin roof and what is imposed by the hysteria of banned strikes, thus within the negotiation will be a negotiation on the conditions of moving on a hot tin roof on which the negotiation is revolved about.

The raid as a bloody harsh message evokes emotionally positions that do not allow of thinking in a cool mind or accepting the appropriate speech for the sensitive moments of the last quarter-time. The negotiation in a state of extreme nervous worry and the emotional backgrounds which are launched by the agitation are the goal of every provocation that is made by the forces which are waiting the negotiation to prevent having the shield of victory by the victor, in order to provoke every national and humanitarian feelings and mobilize them to make reactions that cause the fall of the negotiation and cause the return of Syria to the state of corrosion and sharing. It is an Israeli Saudi project that has a good support from the US administration, which allowed its military units to have a bloody message inside Syria within the cunning and the deceit of the negotiation on a hot tin roof, but the military which had a mandate has used its available margins to make the message as a tool that causes more bleeding and pain, hoping that the bloody agitation can do what is needed to blow up the negotiation. The raid is under the knowledge and the consent of all the administration, led by the US President Barack Obama and his Foreign Minister, and was in charge of the US Secretary of defense who leads the alliance of those who ambush of Syria accompanied by Saudi Arabia and Israel which they wanted it of further range and of broader impact.

It is clear from the geography which was chosen by the raid that it occurred on the point of demarcation of the bordered geography of Syria, and it is clear that Washington which has received the messages of Syria well against Israel by launching its missiles at the Israeli aircrafts at the time of the US Russian understanding was aware of the size of force which characterized the message, Syria has succeeded in catching it naked red – handed in its bedroom while it is supporting Al Nusra front which the understanding states on considering it a legitimate goal of the war, while Syria was saving the spirit of the understanding, Syria has sent message of further range of fighting Al Nusra, its content is the red line about its southern borders, as it did in investing the understanding in which the Russian supports the Syrian in having control over the Turkish evading inside the Syrian borders and airspaces, and where the American is feeling disturbed from the Turkish pressure on its Kurdish betting horse through the incursion inside the Syrian borders and airspaces. Damascus told Turkey a speech as a warning, which neither Washington nor Moscow will object it, its content is the red line for the northern borders of Syria. It seemed that the required from the US message was targeting a Syrian isolated site, which its targeting proves that the eastern borders of Syria is a military US operations area, but it was beyond the capacity of Washington of containing, under the negotiation on a hot tin roof, or reaping the fruit of what it included, so it paved the way for political military and negotiating dynamism that surpasses the ability of its keeping easily under control.

The issue of Syria is to emphasize the unity of the national geography, and reforming red lines around it to prevent the tempering inside it, it requires that every effort for the war on terrorism must be under the coordination with the Syrian government, and deterring every attempt of neglecting the sovereign borders of the Syrian country. The Syrian stability which is supported by the Iranian and the Russian allies will allow of imposing an equation that is produced by the raid, and based on the US plea of alleging the mistake, it is the US participation in the war on terrorism with the direct coordination with the Syrian government and the leadership of the Syrian army, and turning the air operational room which was stipulated by the US Russian understanding from a bilateral room that includes the Russians and the Americans to a tripartite room that includes the Russians, the Syrians, and the Americans. This is in addition to what would be possible as exerting pressure to achieve results in the context of the Russian demand of a fair investigation that it is supposed to be tripartite also, and to be ended with procedures the least of them is the resignation of those who were responsible for committing the crime falsely by mistake at their forefronts the US Secretary of defense Ashton Carter.
