After statement Number one: Israel anticipates

After two days of consultation in which the decision-makers of Moscow, Tehran, Damascus, and the leadership of Hezbollah participated a statement has been issued in the name of the operations room of the allies which its first statements were issued before the battle of Aleppo and which announced the decision to resolve militarily. Today it announces that the aggression on Syria changes the nature of the confrontation after surpassing the red lines, which means here Russia not the rest of the allies. According to Tehran and Hezbollah there was no evaluation of the chances of the cooperation with Washington even if it is possible for Syria, it belongs to what is proposed and promised by Moscow according to its reading of the kind of the relationship with Washington, which means first that Moscow announces the end of the cooperation with Washington, because it considers that it has broken the agreed upon lines for managing the relationship and the beginning of the new stage, here the statement announces the essence of the new stage, it states that the dealing with the US presence will be considered an illegal occupation force that violates the sanctity of a sovereign country. This description of the US presence with the illegal and the occupation was ordinary for Damascus, Tehran, and Hezbollah, but it is a big shift that has consequences when it announced by Moscow.

The signed statement by Russia, Iran, Syria, and Hezbollah is considered an effective response to every aggression from America and anyone and whoever violates the red lines. Since the Americans have drawn a circumstantial framework for their occupation that allows them saying that they will not repeat that unless the chemical attacks are repeated, and as long as they themselves programmed the chemical attack to justify the strike, so they can avoid the response by avoiding the return to such a game once again, but what about the Israelis and the Turks whom their ground and air troops are moving in various forms and at intermittent times inside the Syrian territory. If they are not the “whoever” then who is he and what will they do, since the statement is clear of its committing to strong response, it indicates to the “whoever” by those who know our capacity to respond and know that we are observing them and following their steps accurately?

If the statement formed a sufficient reason to deter the Americans from playing with the red lines, so what would they do towards their presence as an occupation, and what will the Turkish and the Israeli who have made out of their moving in Syria an existential reason for their “national” security do? The statement announced going to a new kind of confrontation, it adds to what was mentioned by the Syrian President that the response will be harsh on the terrorism, which the Americans wanted to revive its moral after its major defeats in Damascus, Hama, and the rest of Syria that there will be a decision to counter the Turkish and the Israeli interventions in the ground and in the airspaces and to put them under targeting.

The statement coincides with Moscow’s decision to supply Syria with missile capacities to confront the aircrafts and the missiles that allow facing the coming challenges, which means that Israel will be the most important party that is subject to test, as long as the Turkish used to await in the state of danger, and especially that the Israeli raids which were launched against Syria before less than a month with the coordination of Washington have formed the beginning of the current repercussions, this was the most significant shift in the context of the Russian presence which spread in Syria a year and a half ago, and which was taking into consideration the regional balances including not to break the balance that surrounds Israel’s ability either regarding the type of armament granted to Syria or the quality of the controls of the Israeli movement. But because Moscow knows that the Israeli raid on Palmyra was in response to US demand for the same purposes of the US strikes by paving the way for the withdrawal of ISIS from Raqqa, and because it knows that the Israeli movement has used the facilities granted to the Americans within the coordination between Moscow and Washington, and knows the status of Israel in the US considerations and in this administration in particular so the red lines which will set against Israel will be the first consequences of the US aggression.
