Aleppo and Al-Assad : The duality of victory

The two winners are side by side with the announcement of the withdrawal of the last member of the armed groups from the city of Aleppo; The President Bashar Al-Assad and the city of Aleppo. During five years, Al-Assad and Aleppo have withstood and have related existentially. The bet of the opponents of Al-Assad and the callers for the war to topple him was on their victory in Aleppo to grant their project the credibility; they knew that their defeat in Aleppo will be the inevitable beginning of the victory of Al-Assad. As the limits of all titles, the goals, and the intergradations of the war were accelerated and decelerated without resolving, the interval axis in the continuation of the war or getting out of it remained related to the seek to topple the President Al-Assad or to abjure of the decision, this is according to the countries of the choice of war. As the Syrian geography was valuable and has an influence on the tracks of war, but it does not mean the reach of the turning point by resolving the fate of the war or getting out of it. Aleppo was always the city which will say the resolving word.

The President Al-Assad has betted on Aleppo and it betted on him; they exchanged the feelings of loyalty and the era of the determination. Al-Assad was always confident that Aleppo would not desert him, he has lived in it and has given it a lot of his attention, he communicated with its people throughout continuous twenty years since his return to Syria. His confidence is that Aleppo is his insurance policy to overthrow the project of the civil war and the division. The loyalty of Aleppo to his Arab and civilian options, and its steadfastness against the projects of strife and the temptations of abandonment of its choices and its identity are the fortification of Syria against the projects of division and the projects of the civil war. Whenever Aleppo was facing bad days and difficulties, where everyone was conspiring at it, igniting the fire in it, it renewed its confidence that Al-Assad will not abandon it and that he will not leave it bait for the wolves, does not believe what it heard about a state that is acceptable by him. When the decisive moment came, Aleppo said its word and Al-Assad said his word, the era of loyalty has been renewed till Syria returns unified and liberate.

Aleppo through its triumph has granted Al –Assad the shield of strength in his war, while Al-Assad has granted it the laurel of his war, at its gates he set up the arches of victory, it is valuable to notice the coincidence between the symbolism of the celebration of Aleppo’s victory and the Russian announcement of the content of the tripartite understanding the Russian, the Iranian, and the Turkish by saying the fate of Al-Assad is not subject to research, the progress in the political track starts from the understanding on that the priority of the war on the terrorism substitutes the priority of overthrowing the regime according to the opposition which wants a partnership in the political solution,  and the sticking to the unity of Syria and its sovereignty as an entry for every regional understanding for sponsoring the political solution.

Resolving the war of Aleppo is the start of resolving the war of Al-Assad and the war of Syria. The shift in the course of war and its slogans, trends, and its alliances will start from this moment. The year 2017 will be the year of the big shifts in the war of Syria after it was achieved what we expected that the end of the year 2016 will be the end of the difficult phase of the war by achieving the victory in Aleppo and the transition to the phase of the accelerated rolling political and military shifts and victories.
