America has changed…. For those who do not believe

Many observers, politicians, and analysts insist on deifying the American capacity and showing it as a legendary capacity that is not infected, eroded or retreated with weakness , and if this has happened then it will be within a plan or a trap for the opponents, or a Hollywood scenery for an account that is not understood but only by the owner of the White House, his administrations and his intelligence, just for that, those are sticking to deny every fact that occurred in the last three years like evidences of the American recognition of the humble power which Washington has in drawing the fates of humanity,  as well as sticking to deny the admission of the politics-makers in Washington that they have to engage with understandings with the international and regional powers which proved their ability to bear the American pressures and the steadfastness against its wars, and their turning into power centers that cannot be overthrown or neglected, or continue the  war against them, moreover the slaves of America and their deifiers insist on that what was issued in Baker-Hamilton report for many years ago and the return back to it today are just tactics to afflict the opponents through false backwards that hide the tyranny of courage.

The last three years witnessed great events that must be considered well as articulations in the international politics and their comparison with their similarities or what equal to them in the history of the relationships among the countries, especially where America is a concerned party and a direct player, they can present answers or ask questions, but they deny saying the change of America which we know as a  feature of wishing and illusion, they show the color blindness which affects the slaves of America and the lovers of its deifying.

The first event was in Summer 2013 when the American fleets came to the Mediterranean Sea under the slogan of directing a military strike against Syria, under the slogan of discipline in charge of violating the red line drawn by the US President, and the return of these fleets without targeting any strike, but with a political solution for the Syrian chemical weapons. It is certain that if the strike achieved its objectives then overthrowing the regime in Syria and confiscating its chemical and non chemical weapons is a foregone solution as Washington did in Iraq. We are not talking here about the illusion of the collapse of America but about its change, so it is enough to return to the American military history to discover that there is no similar to this event, because it no longer happened that the US President announced a public statement to his troops to perform a mission but after the fleets moved they returned without implementing the mission, just being adequate of political compensation, in return this does not mean that America which got a political compensation has become zero, its situation is similar to the situation of the Soviet Union in the sixties of the last century when Moscow sent its fleet toward Cuba to position its nuclear missiles there, it almost collided with the American fleet, it has a political compensation that was represented by raising the blockade of the Communist island, but the difference was that Moscow has sent its ships in response to the decision of the American blockade, so it has the right to say that it returned back its fleets because the goal was achieved, while Washington did not say anymore that it wanted a political solution for the chemical weapons, but it said that it came for a disciplinary merited blow ….since the decision has been issued to implement it, and it was irreversible decision.

The second event was in 2015 between Spring and Summer, it was culminated with signing the understanding on the Iranian nuclear program, within deep confrontation historically between Washington and Tehran that dealt mainly the position of Tehran against Israel, it witnessed during three decades many forms of pressures and hot and cold wars, Washington found itself as its President Barack Obama explained that it was forced to accept the choice of signing the understanding and the recognition of the least devilish matters, because it failed in breaking the will of Tehran, and it did not have the ability to go to war, but most importantly and the most dangerous is that Washington  has done that without the knowledge of its two allies which it used to make them the gateway to all its Middle East’s  understandings; Israel and Saudi Arabia but unlike to their desires and despite their threats. The American history in which Washington has established positions and policies according to the Israeli compass is filled with supposed understandings in the Middle East, the memorials of their leaders reveal the proposals which it presented to Adnan Menderes the Former Prime Minister of Turkey in the fifties to accept the relationship with Israel, and thus to be its adopted man against the army, as its proposals to the government of Mohammed Mossadegh in Iran to cooperate with Israel in exchange Washington will support him against the return of Shah, and how it launched a war against them when they refused its proposals, as what Boutros Ghali narrated about the conditions of the visit of the late Egyptian President Anwar Al Sadat to Jerusalem and the path of Camp David by saying the desire of Al Sadat was a strategic relationship with Washington, but he was notified that the gate of Washington is Tel Aviv. By comparison, this event does not like the American adaptation of the balances of powers but only the Soviet acceptance of the fall of Poland in front of the West in the mid of the eighties and establishing diplomatic relations with the new government which is against Moscow, as well as the adaptation with the starting of the collapse of the Domino stones of its prestige in the Eastern Europe.

The third event was in Autumn 2015, it was the Russian military positioning in Syria and the starting of what was known as the storm of Sukhoi and its sticking since that date to take the initiative in the war which was ravaged against Syria by the American decision, and through a fateful presence engagement of the most prominent allies of Washington in the region, especially those who linked the fate of their security with  the war’s consequences as Israel, and those who linked the fate of their presence and the future of their regime as Saudi Arabia and Turkey, in addition to the quick American recognition of the legitimacy of that presence and role after an inflexibility that did not last for weeks, and the positioning on the basis of coordination and cooperation with it, as a powerful equation that is not subject to inflexibility. In similar situations Washington was harrying to deal with any Russian military positioning outside the borders even in the neighboring countries that have military strategic alliances with Moscow and within legal legitimate equation, and in countries that are less sensitive towards America and in closer countries than Syria in geography and in belonging to the equations of alliances. Washington was describing the Russian positioning as an occupation and the illegitimate intervention, so it treated it on that basis. This happened when the Soviet tanks crawled to Prague in 1968 in response of the coup of Alexander Dubček in Czechoslovakia which is a member in Warsaw Pact that is led by Moscow, and this happened when the Soviet Red army entered to Afghanistan, while in reverse comparison Washington dealt with the Russian role in Syria militarily as Moscow dealt with the American invasion to Afghanistan in 2001 in response to the events of the eleventh of September.

This is a fair and equitable reading with a free mind of deifying, Washington will seem that it has changed and started to accept what was not conceivable to be accepted before, it will behave according to what it considered worthy of its maid Moscow to behave not as a queen crowned on the throne of the world.
