Syria after Al-Assad Putin summit: First the military resolving and after the victory the politics will be

Many have committed a mistake when they thought that the summit of the Russian President  Vladimir Putin and the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad has occurred to contain the attacks which the West and its allies have waged against the Russian military role in the war against terrorism in Syria, through the attempt of presenting a political maneuver that leads to compromise with the opponents, specially the most restrict of them like Turkey and Saudi Arabia concerning the most sensitive issue which is related to the role of the Syrian President in the political solution or after it, as was promoted by the media means which is funded by Saudi Arabia.

The Russian President has said after the summit with the Syrian President and during his participation in the form Valdai in Sochi that” the military victory against the terrorists will not solve all the issues but it will pave the way to launch a political process that contains all the components of the Syrian people, because the Syrians alone can decide their fate with an active international partnership apart from the threats and blackmail” pointing out that “Syria needs a huge financial aid to heal the wounds of the war, thus it is a need to make use of the contributions of the countries and the international institutions” he added “ We are ready to coordinate with the Western partners to eliminate the terrorists, but the most important is to deal as allies in fighting the terrorism”

Putin has seen that “the disagreements have accumulated in the Middle Eat whether religious, social, or economical in addition to the ethnic and the sectarian ones, but the attempts of the abroad to reconstruct this region have led to destroy the countries, the emergence of the terrorism, and the threat of the entire world through the dominance of ISIS on a wide lands in the Middle East, so it is impossible to divide the terrorists between good and bad ones”. He pointed that “ In the last years that terrorist background was growing and the weapons which were supposed to be  delivered to co-called the moderate opposition were delivered to the terrorists, thus the efforts of America in fighting the terrorism have not tangible results because they announce the war on terrorism on one hand, and on the other hand they use the terrorists as a mean to overthrow undesired regimes and after their bringing down they will not be able to eliminate the terrorists, as was in Libya.

The President Putin has presented three successive unparallel tracks as a result of his discussions and agreements with the President Al-Assad, the success of one of these tracks is a condition to start with the second and then the third. The first track is the war on terrorism, without achieving victory in this war it is impossible to start the political process only partially to cooperate with the armed opposition which is ready to participate in the war on terrorism, revealing the readiness of Al-Assad for this cooperation, Putin said to achieve victory in this war, the West and its allies have to stop the attempts of emerging the terrorism and using some of it, so what is needed is the unity of the forces which fight the terrorism honestly and to stop the attempts of imposing regimes on the nations according to the Western will by the force of promoting the chaos and employing the terrorism, therefore without this there will not be a cooperation with the West and its allies, and the war which is started by Russia and Syria together will continue. Second the political track which constitutes the second succession in the war on terrorism, because the victory which will not solve all the problems will create the conditions for a political process,  which Putin stipulates that it must contain all the components of the Syrian people, and to leave them choose their rulers with an effective international partnership apart from the blackmailing and the threat, the intention is clear here, to go to the ballot boxes with a positive international partnership as a witness and a guarantor not as interferer or a trustee, in order to be able to start the third track which is the reconstruction and the economical construction as the only way to prevent the flow of more refugees and to secure the return of those whom the war has imposed the emigration on them.

Practically the President Putin is sending messages to the Americans, the Europeans and the region’s countries and saying “let’s cooperate in the war on terrorism and win honestly, otherwise we are going on forward with you or without you, the victory alone is the gate of the political process which must be accomplished to reach the elections in which the world participates in preparing their conditions, ensuring their fairness and the quality of the opportunities to show the voice of the Syrian people and their wills. Thus no one has the right to interfere and to say whom he accepts or refuses, it is the will of the Syrians, and therefore the world has to help them to express their will in broad participation and in the most fair and just conditions. He says to the Europeans do not be late to be partners in the first and in the second tracks because you have an interest in the partnership in the third economical track to ensure the resolution of the refugees’ issue, because the more acceleration was in the first and the second tracks the third one becomes possible and approaching.

After the summit Syria is moving towards one priority according to the speech of Putin, it is to translate the equations of war into the field till achieving victory, and those who waste time in putting conditions for the President Al-Assad have to understand that there is no search for a political solution before the military victory, and when it is the time  for the search, then the role of the abroad will be restricted to the international institutions to help in preparing the conditions of the elections and ensuring their criteria.
