Is Turkey ready to occupy Washington’s seat in the settlements?

No one in Moscow, Tehran, and Damascus allow remaining the crucial moments for ending the danger against Syria to the time till the new US president is going to take over the control of the authority.  if Donald Trump is the president then international and the regional relations with Washington will be as a riddle, that has to wait so long till the features of the new policies are formulated and to be settled down, this means the remaining of the war of attrition against Syria and its allies affects the body of the Syrian geography, fragmenting and sharing it, it is an open waste for the human and the material capacities of the axis of resistance that is unbearable. While if Hillary Clinton is the president then this means giving the project of the return to the bet on the Saudi and the Israeli bilateral and the position of Al Nusra front an additional year or two years till the facts for administration of Clinton which were imposed on the administration of the US President Barack Obama before get formulated by dismissing the investment on tempering with time. The matter is between dealing with a teenager or with flighty, both of them are not allowed to link a fateful issue as the Syrian issue by what they will decide, this means one thing; Russia, Iran, and Syria will be at a date with crucial options that will rule the rest five months of the mandate of the President Obama in collaboration with him or without him.

The Twentieth Summit which was held yesterday in China seems to be the last opportunity at the crossroads, and seems to be the last chance of the US partnership in a campaign that aims to direct fatal blows to ISIS in Syria and Iraq with the cooperation of Russia and Iran and their allies. It is no longer possible to wage a similar war against it without them, neither in Syria after what has affected the Kurdish bet with the new Turkish positioning, nor in Iraq where Iran has the final word. This is the American opportunity in order to make from the war on terrorism an honorable end for the mandate of the US President, and an electoral momentum for the Democratic candidate who is committed to his support even if she is Hillary Clinton. But the opportunity is not limited to that but it includes an opportunity for the understanding on how to invest the Afghan mainland by China, Russia, and Iran, this mainland which will become open among the Asian giants to be used without controls including the giant pipelines, in order to pump oil and gas towards the Mediterranean Sea with the railways that change the movement of the global trade by putting China at the Syrian Mediterranean gate and at the Iranian Gulf gate. Maybe they accommodate for the transition of the strategic missiles, tanks and personnel tankers and forming military bases on a line that extends from China and Russia to Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, and Syria or a codified process of investing the Afghan mainland is settled within understandings that the negotiations which their fate depend on the understanding with Syria accommodate to.

The opportunity which was presented to the American comes after the image has become clear in Syria, where the Turks under the Russian Iranian supervision take over the responsibility of dismantling the Kurdish strip which the Americans considered its forming on the Syrian Turkish borders their wining horse to achieve victories on ISIS, without the need to make an understanding with Moscow, or resorting to the Syrian ground capability. But the erosion of the Kurdish strip and its receiving sever blows in addition to Washington’s giving up of the Kurds in a humiliating degrading way all of that led to moral setback that prevented their continuation of the war against ISIS in favor of the Americans, thus the Turks have taken over it in favor of the Russians in exchange of their dismantling the Kurdish strip, and their responsibility of the closure of the borders in front of Al Nusra front, its arms, and its militants, and the transferring of who remained from the armed groups who carry the flag of the opposition to the fighting fronts against ISIS and separating them from Al Nusra to facilitate the Syrian Russian tasks of targeting them. This makes the Turkish need similar to the Syrian, Russian, and Iranian need in making use of the left time of the mandate of Obama to impose new facts in the field that say to any new US administration that the matter has changed and there is possibility of going back.

The opportunity which was presented to the President Obama said that when America involves in an understanding then it has to bring Turkey to it, because it is the geographic, military, and political gate to move the weapons and the militants toward Syria, and because it is capable of sorting them of Al Nusra and besieging it, while Washington in order to be involved in the understanding it has to admit of its need to cooperate with Syria and its allies to achieve a victory against ISIS, because it does not have the capacity to do so without them, as a result of the inefficiency of the Kurds to take this mission alone. These two matters prevented Washington from engaging in the understanding, so what is left is either to choose applying the content of the understanding in cooperation with Turkey and with American coverage or without this coverage, which Ankara is no longer waiting for it as it waited alike to establish a buffer zone for its aircraft at the peak of its waging the common war from the position of the alliance which is led by Washington. Everything says that the need for Washington has become political more than practical, and what it will offer will grant the opportunity of legalizing the understandings, agreements, maps, plans, and settlements from the gate of the Security Council, it will have in exchange of all of that gains that it is not possible to anticipate for similar, if the opportunity was missed to after the elections, because then everything which what has been drawn from Syria to Iraq, Yemen, and Afghanistan has been settled.
