The American Russian understanding

Within the daily details, the indicators at which the major powers position prove that the major understandings have been settled, while the differences on details are continuing till drawing the final scene of the region, where the titles of the main lines of the understandings are determined by irreversible main elements, first of them is that the American was fighting defending on the uniqueness in formulating the most important region in the world as a region of American strategic interests in which the sources of energy, vital waterways and the geographical population are concentrating and mediating the most important three continents Asia, Africa, and Europe, and where the most important ally which is represented by Israel  and the most dangerous ideological riddle which is represented by Islam position, till this American and because of the failure has accepted and recognized the full partnership with Russia, and the regional partnership with Iran. These two variables will control drawing the lines and the details together, and they do not accept the reconsideration.

The recognition of the full partnership with Russia and Iran means the readiness to accept two American additional concessions, one is related to the admission of the inability to continue the war to defeat the allies of Russia and Iran, the intention here is the Syrian country and the resistance of Hezbollah, and the other one is related to the allies of America and the inability to continue making their ability of achieving profits an American issue, by depending on the fact that the reason of failure which produced these equations is the failure of these allies and their weakness, which means that America will reduce its losses by distributing  the consequences of the war’s losses and the settlements on them in order to pay the cost from their balances,  not to spend anything of its balance, it is clear that the meaning here is the Turkish, Saudi, Israeli ternary.

These are the pivotal lines of the new American policy, which means the transformation of fighting in order to reduce the profits of Russia and Iran’s allies from within the heart of the settlements’ equations, lest than turning the settlements into complete defeat and to prevent the collapse of America’s allies instead of being  losers but able to bear their shares of losses, here the negotiations, the policies and the intelligence take place in the plans which are hidden behind the apparent titles. In Syria, America is doing its best to turn the settlement into a road map the weakens the central state which the acceptance of it under the presidency of its president has become a partner in the new scene of the region’s geography, while with the resistance, America tries to make it under pressure and confusions that prevent its turning into an additive value that threatens the future and the security of Israel.

In Syria, the Turkish exit has been resolved, the failure of the projects of betting on militias and sectarian leaders that share the geography and making it a fragile country on the Lebanese way has been resolved, as well as the return of the country, army and presidency in a country which will be the axis of the stability and preserving the stability in the region has been resolved, in addition that the issue of considering ceasing-fire and the political dialogue are mere titles to justify the engagement of the West with the Syrian country and its partnership in the war on ISIS in return of giving it the coverage on the war on Al-Nusra has been resolved, the nomination of the Syrian President in the coming elections has been resolved with prior admission that all data are in favor of his definite wining. In Lebanon the Saudi inability against Hezbollah has been resolved, as well as the organic linkage between the Lebanese presidency and the security of the resistance. The status of Syria in the equation of the coming presidency has been resolved, what is left in Syria is to determine who will be among the opposition a partner in the settlement and how, and who will be in Lebanon a regional partner in the settlement Saudi Arabia or Egypt and who will be the Prime Minister in order to discuss the issue of the President of the Republic, in addition to issue of who will be nominated by Egypt and who will be nominated by Saudi Arabia?
