Moscow & the Free Army

It seems that the difference between the Russian diplomacy and its American counterpart towards the war against Syria is similar to the difference between the American tank “Abrams M60 A1” and the Russian tank “ T-14 Armata” both of them have an excellent plating , high combating elegancy, speed, targeting, equipped with electronic screens, objectives that are related to the satellites, air force, effective machine-guns, in addition to the anti-fortresses guns, and shields that are prepared for the direct and curved bombing, but the American tank is prepared as Abram’s generation to expand quickly in the geography then positioning, targeting, and shooting then expands once again, positioning, targeting, and shooting exactly as the wolf’s movement ambushing, pouncing, a movement then ambushing, pouncing, and a movement, while the Russian Armata is last products of the serial  T-generation, but the one of 14 number is late of its generation which reached to 82, 72, and 62, it depends fully as its generation on shooting at its maximum speed objectives that are provided with them previously before the launching, it is distinguished among the T-generation by the shooting while it moves fast by the satellites and the full air force to continue the shooting and the targeting while it crosses the distances at full speed, exactly as the eagle which snatched a fat fish from within the water, while it pounces at 60 kilometers per hour and goes upward at 40 kilometers per hour.

For over a year, Washington has announced the alliance of the war on ISIS, so there were visits, rounds, and announcements of the start of carrying out different rids, after the attacks of ISIS in Erbil have been repulsed without the alliance being born yet. From that date the American diplomacy is tired, it runs and exhausts itself to find an answer if it has a road map for fighting ISIS, but the response is still negative. Washington says and repeats that the main condition for that is the presence of troops on which can depend in the ground war, but it does not have among its allies who deserves that.

 Like the Abrams way, the American diplomacy has been positioned, targeted and shot but it has not been supplied with new objectives to move towards, to target and to shoot. In contrast to Washington, it seemed that Moscow has suddenly present militarily in Syria and it started its raids,  announced later  that it has an alliance with Syria, Iran, and Iran, it progressed militarily to destroy the bases and the formations of ISIS,  Al-Nusra Front, Al-Fatih army, after just days the ground attack of the Syrian army has started under a Russian air coverage that led to the accelerating of the Western Arab campaign against Russia and its role, but Russia has not engaged in the media responses as a front that is positioned for fighting and waiting. Therefore the diplomacy progresses like the tank Armata, it fasters, targets, shoots, continues its path, targets, and shoots so it was in the center of debate. The surprise of the Russian-Syria summit which combined the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad and what it imposed of facts in politics and negotiating is followed by the call for an international regional coordination through the meeting of Vienna then expanding it by including Egypt and Iran, the war continues according to the decided plan. The diplomatic Armata continues its progress and imposes new fields of negotiation exactly as the tank Armata has a new field of geography, therefore the Syrian President announces in front of a parliamentary Russian delegation about early presidential and parliamentary elections after the success of eradication of terrorism.

As the world is gasping after the military movement and its new considerations since the Russian intervention in the war, it is gasping after the diplomatic maneuvers which are presented by the politics-makers, and as the military tank Armata moves and shoots, the diplomatic tank moves and shoots, and as the American soldiers discuss the fields of the aerial engagement with the Russian warplanes, however the facts surprise them with an Iraqi Russian Syria and Iranian coordination that hits the unitary of the American monopoly of the Iraqi front, so they have to treat the new gap in the American plan, and while they are moving toward it, the Kurds of Syria through the formations of the commissions of the Kurdish protection join the alliance which is led by Moscow, so the American soldiers run to treat another gap, and suddenly the news of the destruction of the sites of the Al Aizm (Resolution) gathering which is armed by Washington from the variations of Al-Qaeda secretly in the North of Homs by the Russian aircrafts. Thus the American soldiers wonder what they can do, therefore so barely the American diplomacy relaxes with a Russian maneuver of an international regional alliance to determine with its allies the understandings and the differences till a new Russian recent has emerged that talks about two stages; one for the alliance against terrorism to qualify of who is ready to participate in the political solution, then the stage of the political solution and its center the elections and the military roller is progressing for whom does not like to be partner.

While Abrams is seeing its confused position while it is localized away from the fire, Armata is progressing quickly towards new goals and shooting new targets. When the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov has talked about his readiness to talk with the Free Army and neutralizing its sites, “just give us the map of these sites in sarcastic way”, the American thought that the matter will stops here, but Russia has continues that it is ready to cooperate with the Free Army against ISIS if it wants, meantime Armata is progressing does not wait for the answer  or the response, so the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov has announced that a delegation of the Free Army has visited Moscow and that there will be a coordination, while the President Putin has reported of his ally the President Al-Assad that the participation of units of the armed opposition in the war against terrorism with its different variations will meet the  satisfaction, it seems that the story of the Free Army is an entrance for understanding the matter.

A new Russian event has emerged and has confused the opponents, Russia which knows the most of the Syrian officers who have graduated since the eighties, knows more and more about who have gone out by the illusion of the revolution, or under temptations, or the illusions of having accessions, as Washington decided without a plan to form its moderate opposition and failed, Russia has decided and it will succeed in forming its moderate opposition,  so why it does not use the slogan of the Free Army which is no longer filled by anyone after Al-Qaeda has unloaded it with the exit of its groups and its remaining merely a slogan, as if Russia has started gathering from those who want to return back to their country through an offer that is accepted by the Syrian country and the Syrian army. “So you the Free Army come and engage in the war with a Russian support and a coordination with the Syrian army, therefore after the end of the war you will have the opportunity of merging with the army as the national defense as the Russian initiative says, be active among the fleeing soldiers and officers or the splinters who complain of their turning into tools that belong to the extremist organizations and the countries which ambush of your country, gather according to formations under a name of the Free Army”, but it seems that the Free Army is like the war on terrorism just a slogan made by America, but Russia will make use of it, and while Armata is still shooting and progressing, Abrams is stands still in amazement.
