The failure of the Arab Spring …… the Arab street is still fine

What has happened at the meeting of the Arab Ministers of Interior was not ordinary, on one hand because it is the first Arab official daring against the resistance forces which confront Israel, in addition to the attempt of accusing it with terrorism according to the Israeli description, after the Arab world had witnessed changes, wars, and sectarian and doctrinal winds, thus the enemy has become a friend and a friend has become an enemy, so as needed by this transformation to bear the new role which is demanded from it, in order to test the ability of the official Arab system which was reformed after the storm of the Arab Spring under the Saudi sponsorship on one hand, and its ability to absorb the reactions which will affect the Arab street on the other hand, so through these two tests the future of the Saudi leadership will be determined for this new Arab system.

It is not possible to describe the issuance of the decision of classifying Hezbollah as a terrorist organization in itself with the forgetfulness which the participated ministers have overlooked of its danger and importance, but it is certain that the first phase of the test of the Saudi ability to have a control over the decision of the official Arab system, and the ability of this system to be bold enough to present an issue of that importance as the classification of the resistance as terrorism has been settled successfully, as launching rockets loaded with satellites, that suddenly seemed that  there is a technical malfunction that prevents the separation of the capsule of the rocket and thus their explosion together. So as soon as the ministers returned to the capitals of their countries, the phase of checking the second part of the test has begun, it is the ability to absorb the reactions of the street and the forces of the public opinion, thus was the hasty retreat, the announced denial, and the announcement of the non –relation and non-obligation to talk about that decision, these are the signs of the failure of the second part of the test.

The positions of Tunisia, Algeria, and Egypt have shown that nothing will change negatively or positively in their relationships with Hezbollah after the decision, and that the Arab street is still alive, furthermore, the forces of the public opinion are still have the ability of influence and they are well considered. As well as Palestine and the resistance are still among the constants of this street and its forces, and affecting them is still of the taboos, moreover the limits of accepting these maneuvers, compromises, alliances, and the game of doctrines are collided with what cannot be easily overcome or tolerated  if they surpass these constants, what has happened has passed before Hezbollah goes to the street and before it calls to instigate a movement that refused the decision and before the popular and the political forces which support the resistance move to revive the activities of solidarity and support.

The standard of success and failure of the Arab Spring which they wanted from it to change the criteria of the national security and makes Israel a friend and the resistance an enemy has been tested these two days successfully, it has been shown that the Arab Spring has ended with abject failure before Syria completes the process of its recovery and before the resistance completes the package of its victories, so how after they end their tasks?
