The Israeli hand in the bombings of the Southern Suburb & The American hand in hindering Vienna

The scene is in front of us, so it is enough to link all the parts together and to gather them to complete the outlines,  the strength of ISIS and Al Nusra appears despite every success of the offensive show outbursts which are based on the equations of ten men to one man, and the intensity of mechanisms and fire, it is a force but not reliable in wars, as Moshe Arens the former Israel Minister of Defense one of the last remained strategists in the entity of the occupation has said “ the greatness of fighting Hezbollah in July war 2006 is that it is a defensive strong fighting under a huge fire and an exceptional destructive ability, with a number of one per cent comparing with the attacking numbers from Bint Jebeil to Maroun Al Ras to Aita where we have encountered few tens in each one of them while we were few thousands of attackers”.

What is going on in the Northern of Syria shows that ISIS and Al-Nusra are not reliable in the wars, they  are effective destructive force, and an important Hollywood  dazzling force to frighten people, but in the battlefields the whole speech about the long war which the world is in need of to get rid of ISIS alone is mere a trivial psychological war which is waded by the greatest president in the world to grant ISIS the image of the strong enemy which the world excuses him for his delay in defeated it, while the collapse of this military arrogance will be shown in front of the Syrian army and the fighters of the resistance as the collapse of a lie that is made by the American President Barack Obama in front of a mirror, and the fall of the legend which was drawn carefully by an intelligence mind that wanted the war on ISIS remains under control.

It is no longer possible to turn the clockwise backward and to provide reasons for the steadfastness to ISIS, and it is no longer possible to be indulgent with the tampering in the war track which is waded by the Russian President Vladimir Putin,  which has  become his personal war after the fall of the Russian plane by a bomb by ISIS after it was the war of Russia alone, where  the tampering in it became a gambling on the Russian American relationships and their ability to form a refertiality to make considerations and to draw balances on one hand, and on the hand it became a gambling on the future of the war which any Russian virtual setback will give ISIS the chance of victory to turn into undefeated force and gives it the control over the Middle East and the gates of Europe, So the only available way is to negotiate with Russia and Iran about the required cost to ensure the political coverage for this war by America and its international and regional allies without the delay in leaving Russia and its allies winning alone, since the negotiation is about the price of coverage which aims originally to reduce the cost of victory and the time of its achievement.

This delicate sensitive American scene is meeting an Israeli scene that is not less in its accuracy and sensitivity, Israel is incapable of war and peace, and incapable of bearing the attrition of neither peace nor war, as well as of bearing the expectations of what is going to be after the recovery of Syria from the war and its consequences, and when it achieves the victory on the terrorism, and behaves as a leading force in the region supported by Iran and Hezbollah. So what will be other than the Great War which Israel is afraid of even after years.

Obama met the Israel Prime Minister of the occupation Benjamin Netanyahu, they talked about their weakness, and they reached to an agreement that was already said that it is unprecedented, it based on the realism. The realism according to Israel is about ignoring the heroisms which exceed its ability in wars against Iran, Syria, and Hezbollah that it claimed before that America was preventing it from their waging, and the admission of its need of two American balances that their exchange in the Israeli account constitute a power for the two strategic partners America and Israel, in other words; the American balance is in mobilizing the losing terrorist groups in the war and which are successful in murder, suicide, and sabotage, and the negotiating American balance is to grant the political coverage for the war on terrorism.

The understanding is to let Israel put the limits of its politics under the American control without hesitation and uniqueness, especially towards launching a negotiating track with the Palestinian Authority to weaken the uprising and to reduce the conflict, in return of an American attempt for a negotiation that gives Israel guarantees of not exposing to later war, if America facilitates the admission of the role of the Syrian President and to deal with him as a fait accompli that cannot be changed and accepted the judgment of the elections, which it already knows that it will be in favor of him, even if it prepares for an electoral war to overthrow him and convinces its allies to put their efforts in order to achieve this goal. America will try to get these guarantees from Russia and maybe from Iran, and maybe it will negotiate on guarantees that are related to the type of weapons which Hezbollah will get as an issue in itself, Hezbollah which is classified by each one of Obama and Netanyahu as the most important resource of threat in the next stage is the goal.

Weakening, confusing, and exhausting Hezbollah and identifying the sources of its power and the attempt of discrediting and overwhelming them are titles of the Israeli American understandings. There is no need to ask about the ability of America and Israel in affecting the decisions of the affiliated groups to Al-Qaeda from ISIS to Al-Nusra and its variations, because it is no longer a secret, it is enough to verify that every targeting of Hezbollah and its incubatoring background  will not change the position of Hezbollah and its followers from the war on ISIS and Al-Nusra in order to know the absurdity of the targeting in this war and to discover that the beneficiary is waging a long war that is surpassed what is going on in Syria, it is enough for him the exhaustion and the bleeding, Israel is the only beneficiary.

America makes use of its status to hinder the process of Vienna and to restart the negotiation from the zero about the Syrian Presidency, after the meeting of Obama and Netanyahu, it uses the stupidity of Gulf’s rulers to mystify them that the change is because of them, so they increase the payments of money which they promised to pay if the Americans show more stubbornness. The Americans put in small dossier a demand from Russia and Iran “ Identify the limits of your support to Hezbollah, so we will be indulgent with the role of the Syrian President” Furthermore, they push the losing suicide bombers in the war to hit left and right in order to bleed the body of Hezbollah and its followers.

The American and the Israeli bilateral suggest that they can win this tactic battle which they thought  that they considered well, and they did not demand high costs, but they will discover that the rapid response by escalating the war and making the victory available without the political coverage of the West and its allies from Washington to Riyadh and Ankara is the negotiating response, because the acceleration of the victory itself will make the strategic players understand that they are at amateur schools in front of the professionals. For example the terrorism which has stroked the Southern suburb will accelerate the mobilization for the war, and the morale of the terrorists which were collapsed in the war will not differ so much from their morale while they are falling in front of the security prosecutions in the intelligence war which has already entered a new phase, moreover the American inflexibility in Vienna will escalate the Russian role by the force of the rapid resolving, thus the territories of the Syrian geography  which have been fallen under the grip of the terrorists will soon be under the control of their real owners, so the American must pay attention quickly that the value of the political speech is decreasing with the time, and maybe Vienna itself  has become without value.

This is the war; He laughs best who laughs last.
