The quick Putin always surprises….while the West is slow in assimilation and movement

After it was proved that ISIS and Al- Nusra have grasped the geography which the West claimed that it is under the dominance of the Syrian opposition, and that the West led by Washington was aware of its dangers on its security according to what has started happening in Europe, and realized and said at the mouthpiece of its important leaders that the Saudi Turkish leadership of the Syrian crisis has led the matters to this extent, and after it was proved too that this West is unable to put an end to this erosive path because of the political opportunism on one hand, and the personal interests of its rulers on the other hand, in addition to the game of bids which rules its internal political conflicts too, so the Russian President Vladimir Putin decided the direct military intervention in Syria and has shown the determination and the ability to change the balances, and thus the Syrian army has re-taken the initiative militarily, it has closed the Turkish borders with Syria and has granted the armed opposition Kurdish forces the opportunity to capture a part of these borders, furthermore it has obliged the West on classifying Al-Nusra Front on the terrorism list despite the objection of Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Israel and some parts of America, it has imposed on ISIS and Al-Nusra the movement from attack to defense, therefore it has put the other armed group between two choices either the political solution that starts with an armistice and ends with a partnership within the institutions of the Syrian country and the coverage of the international community in the war on terrorism, or to join the groups of Al-Nusra and ISIS and receive the consequences of this war within the camp of terrorism.

The West led by America remained for three months till it understood the variables and the seriousness of what the Russian intervention has caused on one hand, but it remained maneuvering thinking of an ability to blackmail  Russia through its need to cover its role in Syria, thus it left it alone waging the war on terrorism while it was comfortable for the partnership in gains without a partnership in losses, it gained from the consequences of the Russian intervention but in contrast it attacked it till the Russian pressure reached the threat of making military change where the West became a formal need in Syria, thus the West started to interact lately and was the path of Vienna that was followed by the resolution of the Security Council to arrange the priorities for a political solution that puts the fate of the Syrian Presidency aside and leaves its determination to the Syrians through the ballot boxes, therefore this caused the failure of the whole project which the war has based on. But the West has practiced the fraud in two fields, in the field of slowdown and reluctance by classifying the terrorist organizations, it dreamt of neutralizing Al –Nusra Front to impose it as a partner in the political solution, while in the other field, it confined Riyadh in forming the opposition’s delegation, it excluded the friends of Russia and the vivid forces in the opposition that accelerate the political solution through their presence, it gave the group of the opposition in Riyadh the right of veto that hides demands of the return in the negotiations regarding the political solution to zero under the slogan the transitional ruling body, thus was Munich and was the armistice, and the mechanism of classifying the terrorist organizations has been resolved by the force of the Russian pressure, and the issue of Al-Nusra has been resolved, but it is the time of Geneva’s meeting , the negotiations and the emergence of the deadlock once again in the context of the negotiation and the ceiling of the political solution together as before.

It seemed for Russia that the slowing behavior of the West stemmed from the misunderstanding which dominated on it, that Russia is involved in Syria militarily and it needs to achieve political accomplishments to cover the continuation of the military role, and that it has to pay the cost of these political achievements through the dalliance of Riyadh’ s group and Riyadh itself, and that the West is not obliged to pay the cost of the partnership for producing the agreed political solution, moreover the revenues of the Russian role in weakening and stopping the terrorism are obtained by the West without a partnership in any cost after it was frightened of its developing. The West has betted that Moscow which ensured strengthening the position of its ally the President Bashar Al-Assad and ensured his partnership within a united concept regarding the political solution, can exert pressure on him to ensure more of what Riyadh and its groups need and demand, and it may give up of the participation of Kurds in the negotiations and give up of the equation of a government under the presidency of Al-Assad and his powers, while it accepts his remaining without powers which he will entrust to the government which is constituted through the negotiations, then for the second time Vladimir Putin has decided quickly to tell the leaders of the West his decisive speech, its content is that Russia is not in an impasse and it does not need anyone to cover its role in Syria since its bases are legitimate, enduring and protected, and that its ally is strong and capable, but the delay of the political solution is a delay of the war on terrorism, furthermore the losses resulted of that delay will reflect on all but it will be more on the West rather than Russia, and those who want their security, have to pay the cost of that security and the dalliance for Riyadh and its group if this was the reason of the terrorism and its rootedness as the American President Barack Obama said,  and let it be the reason of the loss of the opportunities of the political solution and the unifying of the war efforts on terrorism, and let it be the reason for the cost which the West will pay in its consciousness and knowledge but from its account not from Russia’s.

The President Putin said that we have achieved most of the goals of our military intervention, we have prevented the development of the terrorism capacities, and we closed the Turkish-Syrian borers the main support line for this terrorism, we have imposed realistic political ceiling for the political solution, thus there were steps of  serious armistice for the first time in the history of the war, the classification of terrorism has been resolved, furthermore, we protect our security in Syria without the favor or the need from anyone, because our bases are enduring and as they  protect us we will protect them, but as long as the mission has approached its end and its completion does not depend on us alone, but it waits for a seriousness and a resolving from others, so we will not remain the prisoners of waiting and we will withdraw most of our troops, the intention here is that the intensive raids will stop, after most of them became on ISIS, which means that the accelerating war on ISIS requires the acceleration of the political solution and the assembly of the international capacities with the cooperation of the unified Syrian government, but it seems that you are not ready for that yet, and you create the excuses for the slowing down, thus we will be, we be will far a little waiting, but you have to bear the cost of waiting.

As Putin has surprised them with the decision of the quick intervention, now he is surprising them with the decision of the quick withdrawal, so let them decide their interests and consider them carefully and choose between the dalliance of Riyadh and its group in exchange of their wrong political considerations and their suspicious secret financial accounts in Swiss and between the security of their country and the future of their governments.
